Small team, big ambition.Built with AI.

Multiful is a product studio that works 100% remote and AI-native. We ship vertical AI apps for sharp, specific needs — fast — and grow them into businesses people pay for. We are looking for ambitious, capable people to make that vision real with us.

01—What we do

Sharp needs, turned into lasting businesses

AI lets a small team build products fast. We intend to prove that speed in revenue, not in ideas.

  1. 01

    Pick sharp

Not an app for everyone — one thing a clear group of people clearly wants.

  2. 02

    Ship fast

Weeks, not months. Building with AI from spec to code is what makes that pace possible.

  3. 03

    Monetise from day one

In-app purchases and subscriptions tell us early whether people will actually pay.

  4. 04

    Scale on numbers

Grow with performance marketing, then double down where the data points.

Shipped: Unnie Saju, an AI saju app live in five languages, and HERNAME watch faces for Garmin. Next: Anbu, AI care for parents (target March 2027), and ibeen, a hiking and running app.

02—Founder

Work with Steve Woo

Steve Woo

Founder & CEO

  • Hacker → developer → serial founder
  • Built across the global internet
  • A CEO who still ships code

Steve Woo is a pen name — chosen by a founder who would rather be known for the work than for a name or a face.

Steve started as a hacker. The habit of taking systems apart to see how they work led to building them as a developer, and then to starting and growing companies as a serial founder. The stage was never one country; it was the global internet.

Multiful began with one question. What if the real change AI brought is not what can be built, but how few people — and how fast — can build it? If a product that once took dozens of people can now be made by a small team working with AI, the shape of a company has to change too. Multiful is proving that answer at company scale.

Steve still writes code and designs product himself. Working with Steve here does not mean standing at the end of a reporting line. It means building side by side, in front of the same problem.

How Steve works

Demos over decks

Show something that runs before writing a long spec.

Ship small, learn fast

Fast learning beats a perfect launch.

Decide with numbers

When opinions split, look at the data — not at titles.

AI does, people decide

Repetition goes to AI; taste and judgement stay with people.

03—How we work

The way we build

100% remote

There is no office. Work from any country, any city. Output, not hours at a desk, is what counts.

AI-native

Spec, code, design, marketing and operations — every step runs with AI agents. Using AI well is part of the craft.

Async, writing first

Few meetings; decisions live in writing. Time zones do not stop the work.

End-to-end ownership

One person owns an area of a product from first line to revenue, and makes calls without waiting for sign-off.

Shared upside

For early core members we discuss equity participation in what we build together. Terms are agreed individually.

A team per product

Each product gets its own team. Join and you grow a product as your own.

To be honest, this is not for you if

  • you prefer being told exactly what to do
  • you are reluctant to work with AI tools
  • the structure and security of a large organisation matter most to you

04—Open roles

Who we are looking for

Not an exact fit? That is fine. If you are serious about this work, apply for the open position.

  • Shape web and mobile products from the spec stage and ship them yourself
  • Turn LLMs into product features — prompts, evals and cost included
  • Build the revenue plumbing: payments, subscriptions, analytics
  • Use coding agents to ship like a whole team

Growth · Performance Marketer

Make what we build earn. Speak in numbers, grow by numbers.

  • Run Meta, Google and app-store campaigns and creative experiments
  • Lift paid conversion through funnel, paywall and pricing tests
  • Decide where to double down on LTV and CAC
  • Use AI to make creative and analysis several times faster
Apply for this role

Product Designer

Shape how a product feels, as much as what it does.

  • Own product UX and UI end to end
  • Brand, store listings and ad creative, in one sensibility
  • Move fast from concept to prototype with AI tools
  • Build it in code yourself when that is faster
Apply for this role

Open position

We look at the person before the job title. If you can push this vision forward in the way you do best, tell us.

  • Operations, content, data, business development — any field
  • Able to define your own area and prove it with results
  • Working with AI comes naturally to you
