Getting Started
How do I create my Saju profile?
- Sign in with your Google account
- Enter your birth date and time
- Select your birth location (for timezone calculation)
- Tap "Create Profile" to see your Four Pillars
Why do you need my birth time?
Korean Saju fortune-telling (Four Pillars) uses your exact birth time to calculate your destiny chart. The more accurate your birth time, the more personalized your readings will be. If you don't know your exact time, you can skip it, but readings may be less specific.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
You can still use the app! Simply select "Unknown" for birth time. Your readings will be based on your birth date only, which still provides valuable insights.
Credits & Purchases
What are credits?
Credits are the currency used in Unnie Saju to purchase readings. Different reading types require different amounts of credits.

How do I get more credits?
- Go to the "Buy Credits" section in Settings

No! Your credits never expire. Use them whenever you're ready.
How do I request a refund?
Credit purchases are processed through Apple. To request a refund:
- Open the Apple App Store
- Tap your profile icon
- Select "Purchased" → Find "Unnie Saju"
- Tap "Report a Problem"
- Follow Apple's refund process

How accurate are the readings?
Unnie Saju uses authentic Korean Saju (Four Pillars) methodology combined with AI interpretation. While Saju has been trusted in Korean culture for centuries, readings are for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes.
Can I save my readings?
Yes! All your readings are automatically saved in the "History" tab. You can revisit them anytime.
Why do readings cost different amounts?
Different reading types require varying levels of analysis:
- Quick Consultation: Brief answers to specific questions
- Full Life Reading: Comprehensive life analysis
- Compatibility Analysis: Detailed comparison of two people's charts
Account & Privacy
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data:
- Email support@multiful.ai
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will process your request within 7 days
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard security measures:
- Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
- Secure authentication via Google OAuth
- Data stored on encrypted servers
- We never sell your personal information
Can I change my birth information?
Currently, you can create a new profile with updated information. Contact support if you need to update your existing profile.
Technical Issues
The app is crashing. What should I do?
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Restart your device
- If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version
Readings aren't loading. What's wrong?
- Check your internet connection
- Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
- Close and reopen the app
- If the issue persists, contact support
I made a purchase but didn't receive credits.
- Check if the purchase completed in your Apple purchase history
- Try restoring purchases: Settings → Restore Purchases
- Wait a few minutes and restart the app
- If credits still don't appear, email us with your purchase receipt

What is Saju?
Saju (사주, "Four Pillars of Destiny") is a traditional Korean fortune-telling system that analyzes your birth date and time to reveal insights about your personality, relationships, career, and life path. It has been practiced in Korea for over 1,000 years.
How is Saju different from Western astrology?
- Saju uses your birth year, month, day, and hour (Four Pillars)
- Western Astrology primarily uses your birth date and star positions
- Saju focuses on Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water) and their interactions
What are the Four Pillars?
The Four Pillars represent:
- Year Pillar: Your relationship with society and ancestors
- Month Pillar: Your relationship with parents and career
- Day Pillar: Your core self and marriage
- Hour Pillar: Your children and later life
